We ship Australia wide. Depending on your location the arrival time varies slightly:

1. East Coast - 5 to 8 business days 
2. West Coast - 8 to 10 business days
3. Regional - 10 to 14 business days

Please note that postage times may vary depending on the time of year. But don’t worry, you will be able to track your goods on their way to you & feel free to reach out to a member of the Virtue Water team at anytime if you have any concerns.

Virtue Water processes returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you’re looking to return your goods you must contact us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your issue or help you further, we will process a refund when we receive the returned item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in their original packaging including all accessories supplied with the goods. We wont be help responsible and will not give you a refund for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Unopened/products still in the original packaging and in new condition will be refunded in full if they’re not damaged. Refunds will be processed to you within 30 days of Virtue Water receiving the goods and payment made by direct deposit into your bank account.
